IRIE Content License
Every download on IRIE is licensed — free content is licensed at no cost, with attribution appreciated but not required. Premium sheets offer two license tiers: a single-production license for use in one named production, or an unlimited license for use in any number of your productions. All tiers grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license. You may not resell or redistribute unaltered reference sheets as stock or templates, or imply endorsement by the original artist. Licensed uses are recorded in the artist's public credits.
1. Free license
Every download on IRIE is licensed — free content is simply licensed at no cost. Content marked as "Free" may be downloaded and used for commercial and personal projects without attribution — although a link back to IRIE or the creator is always appreciated. You do not need permission from the creator or IRIE.
2. Paid licenses (single-production & unlimited)
Content marked with a price offers one or two license tiers. The single-production license covers use in one named production; the unlimited license covers use in any number of your productions. Both are purchased through Stripe before download and grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license for commercial and personal projects. Your purchase history is available in your dashboard at any time.
3. What you cannot do
You may not sell unaltered copies of any content as stock media, wallpapers, or templates; imply endorsement of your product by the creator or IRIE; or redistribute content on other stock media marketplaces.
4. Creator terms
By uploading content, creators confirm that they own the copyright and that the content does not infringe third-party rights. Creators earn 85% of every sale (IRIE retains a 15% platform fee). Uploaded content may be moderated by the IRIE team.
5. Model & property releases
Creators are responsible for obtaining any necessary model or property releases for recognizable people, trademarks, and private property depicted in their content.
